Bounce One
It's back to fundamentals. I watched one of the Animation Mentor webinars (it's free and for all, go check out resources section on "www.animationmentor.com") and I saw how they break everything down to the basics and build their animation on the top of it. In some of the most amazing and complex looking shots they used the same good old bouncing ball principle.
This one is an application of how variation in the pattern of movement, you can create a sense of "feeling" in the object.

Tim Flies and Falls
I'm trying a new approach by getting all the timing and spacing right in 2D using stick figures and then cleaning up in Maya. It's amazing how fast you can create the animation in Maya once you've done it in 2D and it gives a much better result. And even a gone-case in drawing can use it.

Andrew: Stop-motion project
"Getting into the life of Andrew"
A stop-motion animation i did with my friend Kislay Kumari back in first semester. The model got twisted and turned by people but we could still manage to complete it. Went in the studio to shoot thrice and came back due to lack of planning. well, the sarcasm from the Obed sir did teach us a lesson and it came out to be better than our expectation. it still is a little boring.. haha
